"Thought and Expression": 184 in violation of foreign journalists in Egypt after the revolution of January
Issued a "freedom of information" program of the institution of freedom of thought and expression, today, a report entitled "journalists and foreign correspondents situation in Egypt in the period from January 25, 2011 until October 2014," aims to transfer a realistic picture of the situation and work environment for foreign journalists in Egypt to the public, by monitoring and inventory of violations against, not foreign correspondents still an almost daily basis, as well as through a review of other obstacles that may affect the ability of journalists to carry out the functions of their journalistic work. The report focuses on the testimonies of some journalists and foreign correspondents who managed to "freedom of thought and expression" institution to obtain their testimony regarding their work environment in Egypt, and the difficulties associated with their work, which forced reporters to confront them on an ongoing basis, as well as recommendations and suggestions to improve their journalistic work conditions. Monitoring comes in three main parts, the first part of which lists a number of reports of abuses against journalists and foreign correspondents during the past three years, which amounted to a violation of the 184,
