Khost attacker Hammam Khalil Al-Balawi has called for jihad against Jordanian Security Forces on tape before his 'Khost attack'.

Minister for Media Affairs and Communications Nabil Al Sharif has said after the Khost attack that the news about Al-Balawi being recruited by the Jordanian intelligence are not true as the attack took place in Afghanistan, and A-Balawi is not a Jordanian citizen. In addition, there is no way to make sure of what is being said there.
