The civil coalition to monitor the 2010 elections has issued its report regarding candidates registration process in the second day as 138 new candidates have registered throughout the kingdom.

Monitors have registered many complaints from candidates’ side as municipalities and governorates insisted on charging fees in cash, which is against regulations that allows collecting them in checks.
