Jordanian Youth Launch First-of-its-Kind Internship App, Balesh

Four ambitious Jordanian students—Sanad Billeh, Salma Nsour, Suhail Qubti, and Laith Dababneh—have launched Balesh, a groundbreaking mobile app that offers exclusive internship opportunities for high school and university students across Jordan and the Middle East.

As the first platform of its kind in the region, Balesh bridges the gap between young students and professional work experience. It aims to empower youth with early access to real-world skills, mentorship, and career exploration, helping them prepare for a rapidly evolving job market. The app offers hands-on, skill-building opportunities tailored to students who are ready to explore their futures—now.

“We didn’t build Balesh to help students ‘get ahead,’” said Sanad AlBilleh, Co-Founder of Balesh. “We built it because they’ve always been left behind. Real-world opportunities shouldn’t be a privilege; they should be the starting point.”

The platform also invites parents to take an active role in shaping their children’s futures by encouraging them to apply and gain practical experience.

Balesh is now available for download on the App Store.
